1. Data controller

The operator of Tunez identified in the Legal Notice is responsible for the processing of personal data.

2. Data we process

Tunez processes account and profile information, uploaded files, project and song information, comments, tasks, and technically necessary log data. When external services are connected, social-media and cloud-storage data may also be processed.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide the workspace, enable collaboration, perform contractual obligations, and maintain the security of the service. The relevant legal bases include Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where consent is required, processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Services we use

Supabase may be used for authentication and data storage. Files may be processed through Dropbox. Optionally connected platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok receive only the data required for the selected function. The privacy policies of the respective providers also apply.

5. Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or to comply with legal obligations. Tunez applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or receive your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
