Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and notify the operator of suspected misuse. There is no entitlement to account approval or continued access.

Users may upload or publish only content for which they hold all necessary rights. Illegal, infringing, or harmful content is prohibited. Users remain responsible for their content and publications.

4. External services

Features provided through Dropbox, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or other services depend on those providers and their terms. Tunez cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability.

5. Availability and changes

The service may be developed, modified, or temporarily restricted. Maintenance, security measures, and technical issues may result in interruptions.

6. Liability

Statutory liability provisions apply. Users should maintain appropriate independent backups to protect against data loss.

7. Termination

Accounts may be terminated through the available functions. Access may be suspended in the event of material violations of these Terms.
